Summary: We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading Tier 1 financial services organization that is undergoing a significant enterprise-wide data transformation. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define and deliver data solutions that enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of data concepts. This position is critical for supporting the implementation of modern data capabilities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and data requirements for data platforms, pipelines, and reporting
- Work with data architects and engineers to define future-state processes and data models
- Support the implementation of data governance, quality, and metadata frameworks
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Assist in mapping existing data flows and designing target state solutions
- Support testing and validation of data outputs to ensure they meet business expectations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of data concepts including lineage, quality, transformation, and modelling
- Experience working on large-scale data or digital transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries is highly regarded
