Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end transformation activity across a major, complex, multi-vendor digital transformation programme.
  • Support Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to drive successful delivery.
  • Maintain control across the programme, ensuring governance standards are met.
  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain master plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Support change control processes and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare board-level papers and track benefits and KPIs aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and communications.
  • Support cost forecasting, resource planning, and capacity management.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent experience operating at Senior PMO Analyst / PMO Lead level.
  • Proven track record across complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Financial services experience preferred; professional services backgrounds also considered.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles, governance, and programme methodologies.
  • Excellent skills in managing and maintaining delivery plans and key delivery information such as RAID data.
  • Strong ability to collate and produce high-quality documentation (board-level papers).
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to operate across multiple teams and seniority levels.

Senior PMO Analyst with proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes required by a leading wealth management firm. This is a 20-month fixed-term contract (FTC) based at their Swindon HQ, operating on a hybrid basis (3 days / week on-site) offering a basic salary between £50,000 – 60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package. You will work closely with the Programme Director and Heads of Portfolio to coordinate end-to-end transformation activity across a major, complex, multi-vendor digital transformation programme. You will support Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to drive successful delivery, playing a key role in maintaining control across the programme, ensuring governance standards are met, and delivering clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
