Key Responsibilities:
- Support in-house legal teams or work within Pinsent Masons on data protection matters.
- Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and data breach document reviews.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA).
- Maintain Records of Processing Activity (RoPAs) and develop Data Protection/Data Breach Policies.
- Manage Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests.
- Work on a freelance, ad-hoc basis with contracts lasting from 2 weeks to 12 months.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience in a commercial law firm or equivalent in-house environment.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our Flexible Services Hub. Due to a specific client opportunity, we’d be particularly keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate the following: Previous legal experience, ideally 2+ years, in a commercial law firm or equivalent in-house environment.
