Summary: The Senior Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Engineer will leverage extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly Oracle EPM, to support financial services by collaborating with Finance SMEs and systems integrators. This role involves advising on technical designs, acting as a technical expert, and facilitating data integration and migration efforts. The engineer will also develop custom reports and identify opportunities for enhancing EPM processes within the Bank. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance SMEs to understand business objectives and EPM requirements.
  • Review and advise on the feasibility of technical designs in line with Bank architecture and security constraints.
  • Act as the Bank technical expert on Oracle EPM Cloud applications design and configuration.
  • Share technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with stakeholders.
  • Support data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems.
  • Assist in the migration of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for reporting requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance EPM processes and performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle EPM consultant with a minimum of one full implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
  • Exposure to EPM Data Integration and Data Management and Business Rules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms (advantageous).
  • Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (advantageous).
