As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll hold accountability for operational delivery across a large, integrated portfolio within Bedford / Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

You’ll lead system-wide operations across multiple places, ensuring contractual, clinical quality, and financial targets are achieved while driving productivity, service transformation, and continuous improvement.
