Summary: The Senior Operations Manager at Cora Health is responsible for overseeing large-scale healthcare service delivery across Bedford, Luton, and Milton Keynes. - Optimise demand and capacity planning to maintain access and quality standards
- Lead and develop Operations Managers and wider teams
- Build trusted partnerships with commissioners and system stakeholders
- Sponsor improvement and transformation programmes across the system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and safety frameworks
- Assure business continuity, risk management, and incident preparedness
- Translate operational and financial data into decisive, measurable action

As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll hold accountability for operational delivery across a large, integrated portfolio within Bedford / Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
You’ll lead system-wide operations across multiple places, ensuring contractual, clinical quality, and financial targets are achieved while driving productivity, service transformation, and continuous improvement.
