  • Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join us as Private Sector Housing Service Manager. This is a key role, leading the Council’s private sector housing function and making a real difference to private sector housing standards and tenant outcomes across the borough.

About the Role

As Private Sector Housing Service Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across private housing regulation and enforcement. You will be responsible for ensuring the Council meets its statutory duties while driving service improvement and innovation.

Key areas of responsibility include:
