Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve workflow within production to ensure precise project completion.
- Drive efficiency and continuous development.
- Lead NPIs to support new methods of production.
- Support full quality inspections in compliance with AS9100.
- Complete internal audits and non-conformity reports as required.
- Participate actively in production, internal meetings, and supplier liaison.
- Provide support and assistance to other areas of the business such as design and purchasing.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience within the motorsport or aerospace industry.
- Degree in Engineering or BTEC Level 5 or Aerospace Engineering Apprenticeship.
- Knowledge and history working with AS9100 is essential.
