Summary: The Programme Test Manager role focuses on delivering a comprehensive test strategy for finance systems, particularly in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a cross-programme test strategy for finance
- Produce a multi cycle plan of execution by test category and scripts
- Be accountable for all QA activities across the programme through system integration testing and UAT
- Chair regular status meetings with all workstreams and produce summary results
- Significant experience in the testing environment to become a programme test lead
- Has managed global complex finance test programmes in a highly regulated industry
- Experience of Workday implementations would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of test management tools would be beneficial
- Financial services or Insurance background preferred

Our client, a leading insurer, are recruiting for a Programme Test Manager that has worked on Finance systems (ideally Workday Financials).
