Summary: The Senior M&E Design Engineer will lead the design and development of integrated mechanical and electrical engineering systems, ensuring compliance with security and confidentiality requirements. This role involves producing detailed design documentation, providing technical leadership, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The engineer will also manage design interfaces and contribute to project planning and cost estimation. A strong background in mechanical and electrical design engineering, along with relevant security clearance, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of integrated mechanical and electrical engineering systems.
- Produce and review concept, detailed, and construction-level design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and technical assurance activities.
- Manage design interfaces between mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
- Provide engineering support during procurement, installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
- Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and technical proposals.

Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical design engineering.
