The role is primarily remote but requires regular travel to various sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects across multiple sites in the Birmingham area.
- Deliver projects in an electrical or M&E environment.
- Manage subcontractors, programmes, budgets, and on-site activities.
- Conduct regular site visits while working autonomously and remotely.
- Implement energy conservation and efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee hands-on experience with HVAC systems and air handling units.

- Proven experience in project management within an electrical or M&E environment.
- Recognised electrical qualifications.
