Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects across multiple sites in the Birmingham area.
  • Deliver projects in an electrical or M&E environment.
  • Manage subcontractors, programmes, budgets, and on-site activities.
  • Conduct regular site visits while working autonomously and remotely.
  • Implement energy conservation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Oversee hands-on experience with HVAC systems and air handling units.

  • Proven experience in project management within an electrical or M&E environment.

The role is predominantly remote, with regular travel to sites required.

  • Minimum 6-month contract with clear scope to extend
