Summary: The Senior Linux Developer (HPC Platform) role requires expertise in Linux administration and a deep understanding of HPC systems, particularly with Slurm. The candidate will be responsible for managing Posit Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager, as well as building Docker containers and automating processes with tools like Packer and Ansible. Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of Posit Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of HPC (Slurm) including installation and configuration.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with developers, system administrators, and end users.
- Expertise in building Docker containers.
- Ability to write automation scripts using Packer and Ansible.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience in Linux Administration.
