Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice on project development, construction, and operational assets.
- Leading on contract negotiation and risk mitigation for shareholder, EPC, fuel supply, and offtake agreements.
- Managing external counsel during M&A and transactional activities.
- Supporting governance, compliance, and corporate structuring.
- Advising on litigation and regulatory issues, and assisting with due diligence and deal structuring.

The Successful Applicant
10+ PQE focused on project development, construction, or energy matters. Strong background in a top tier global law firm is essential. Proven track record advising on infrastructure, energy projects, including project documentation, regulatory compliance, and M&A support. Solid understanding of transactional law, commercial agreements, and stakeholder engagement in complex environments. Regional experience (UAE/GCC) is a plus but not mandatory. Highly analytical with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
