  • Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and best practice.
  • Manage and develop a team of three HR professionals.

Senior HR Business Partner - 12-13 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) London | £110,000 - £120,000 + 20% Completion Bonus + Benefits , Hybrid Working Available

I am working on behalf of a leading international insurance organisation to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-13 month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave on a retained basis. This is a senior-level role with responsibility for both strategic HR leadership and hands-on delivery, managing a team of three direct reports and partnering closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role during the busy performance review and compensation planning cycle in early 2026, ensuring continuity and stability across the business.
