The role involves partnering with senior leaders to provide people advice that enhances performance and engagement within a professional services organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

This is a true partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused people advice that drives performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision making, challenge constructively, and help shape people strategy within a complex and evolving environment.
Working alongside specialist teams across Talent, Reward, Learning and Employee Relations, you'll lead on a broad range of people initiatives including talent and succession planning, organisational change, employee engagement, performance management and complex ER matters.
I am looking for someone who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, use data and insight to inform decisions, and balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed.
