Summary: The Senior HR Advisor will collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement the HR People Plan and provide daily HR support within dedicated business areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to shape and implement the HR People Plan.
- Provide day-to-day HR support for designated business areas.
- Manage complex Employee Relations case work and performance-review cyclical activities.
