Summary: The Marketing Manager role within TikTok's Global Business Marketing team focuses on managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to enhance brand engagement and conversion. The role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, emphasizing creativity and innovation in marketing strategies. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Communications lead and play a pivotal role in executing impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion of advertisers.
- Support the Marketing Communications Lead in campaign development and execution.
- Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders informed.
- Review data and report on campaign performance.
- Coordinate the creation of long-form written and video content with agencies.
- Stay current on trends in the digital media landscape and social media marketing.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, PR, and Legal.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns in a global agency or in-house setting.
- Strong project management skills and experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in creating social media content, including TikToks and LinkedIn posts.
- Ability to support and develop junior team members.
- Familiarity with B2B media publishers and paid media placements.
