Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide trusted HR advice, and implement initiatives to support business goals.
- Support recruitment processes, manage secondments, and oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Handle employee relations issues, manage absence cases, and provide benefits advice.
- Support performance reviews, training needs, promotions, and salary reviews.
- Produce MI reports, lead on projects, and support engagement survey delivery.
Key Skills:
- Proven HR experience, ideally with strong business partnering skills.
- Graduate calibre and/or CIPD qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work autonomously, manage complex workloads, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organisational, and Excel skills.
