Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A role involves collaborating with directors to enhance financial performance insights for the Money Movement business, focusing on Direct to Account and Direct to Wallet products. The position requires ownership of financial reporting systems, budget management, and stakeholder relationships to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting. The analyst will also be responsible for monthly reporting, KPI production, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. This role is critical for providing actionable insights and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate data and support insight into financial performance for Money Movement business.
  • Act as financial reporting system owner for FP&A, managing reporting and consolidation tools.
  • Load budgets and reforecasts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly financial reports and KPIs for senior executives.
  • Ensure management reporting aligns with the general ledger through reconciliations.
  • Maintain presentation of monthly YTD financials for business partnering.
  • Record investment opex and capex, and prepare operating expenditure analysis.
  • Provide analysis of regional client activity for transfer pricing allocations.
  • Support FTE tracking for payroll and investment.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with the Money Movement Group Calendar.
  • Build and consolidate detailed Excel-based budgets and reforecasts.
  • Work with BI team to utilize data analytics for forward planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across company entities.

Key Skills:

  • CIMA qualification preferred; other financial qualifications considered.
  • Previous experience with Hyperion & Oracle or similar FP&A systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in FP&A.
  • Expertise in financial modeling techniques and managing large data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technically competent in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI build and maintenance.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into financial plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented.
