Senior Estates Surveyor

Summary: The Senior Estates Surveyor will lead the management of a diverse property portfolio in a public sector environment, ensuring compliance and sustainability while maximizing rental income. This role involves overseeing acquisitions, disposals, and asset valuations, as well as mentoring a team of property professionals. The position requires collaboration with various teams to implement the Corporate Landlord model and enhance estate services. • Maximise rental income and manage commercial estates effectively.
• Oversee acquisitions, disposals, asset valuations, and lease management.

• Line manage and mentor a small team of property professionals.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, supporting collaborative service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and the continuous improvement of estate functions.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in estate or property management within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of property law, governance, and strategic asset planning.
• Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and teams.
• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) preferred or working towards.
