Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales performance and market demand to recommend where to add new properties
- Identify pockets of opportunity and build location-level insights to support expansion planning
- Partner closely with Marketing and Supply teams to align data-led decisions and priorities
- Pull, validate, and interpret data from internal sources (including the brand new centralised data warehouse)
- Build clear dashboards and visualisations (Tableau) that tell an actionable story
- Produce concise reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support rapid decision-making
- Communicate findings confidently to non-technical stakeholders and influence outcomes
Key Skills:
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses
- Advanced Excel capability for analysis, modelling, and data manipulation
- Experience building insightful visualisations and dashboards in Tableau
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with a range of teams and stakeholders
