Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracted capacity within the BSS platform for user journey creation using a points and complexity scoring system.
- Validate consumption user stories against similar changes to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with programme delivery teams to ensure user stories are clear and aligned with programme milestones.
- Establish and maintain gating criteria/framework for user story consumption and complexity.
- Challenge business stakeholders to simplify and enhance user journeys to save on capacity and cost.
- Challenge the BSS platform provider on story points complexity calculation for business requirements.
- Review and manage a 'complexity catalogue' governing complexity measures with the BSS provider.
- Conduct quality assurance exercises to validate BSS supplier complexity estimations.
- Ensure adherence to commitments and principles in the BBS supplier contract.
- Assess how complexities of BSS platform modules affect costs and capacity consumption calculations.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of BSS platforms, with experience in Netcracker being advantageous.
- Knowledge of user journey design and delivery processes using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in translating business requirements into commercial contracts and cost modelling.
- Strong commercial literacy to manage capacity effectively.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of business requirements in the context of IT delivery.
