Senior Business Analyst - London Market Insurance - Hybrid Working

A leading London Market Insurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join the business to work on a process improvement project focusing on delivering strategic change across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Senior Business Analyst within London Market insurance or General Insurance and will have previously worked on process improvement projects across Insurance systems with successful delivery . You will be leading the mapping of these business processes end to end. You will work with both business and technical teams to esure the process maps are baselined and handed over to BAU owners with clear governance and ownership. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current and future processes, recommending improvements where appropriate and contribute to business readiness by enabling knowledge transfer, onboarding, and operational adoption of new processes.
