• Strongly serving the project team to maintain customer delight.
• Operate in a hybrid software delivery environment with either a deliverable focus or priority of scope focus.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
• Be the personification of Scrum / Agile.
• Coaching and guiding the scrum team and organisation on how to get the most out of self-organisation practices and values.
• Assessing the scrum maturity and looking to develop at a sustainable pace.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove the team by finding the right personnel to aid the removal.
• Championing a trusting and safe environment.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning or dictating the work.

Key Skills:

• Previous Scrum Master experience.
• Digital experience - mobile app highly desirable!
• Knowledge of software design and development.
• Sound knowledge of Agile development (BDD/TDD, Automated Builds, Continuous Integration, Code Quality Metrics, Agile Test Frameworks).
• Proven technical and project team leadership.
• Delivery focused.
• First class collaboration and communication skills.
• Lean/Agile Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and transparency.
• Keen interest in emerging technology.
• Background as a Software Developer would be beneficial.
