Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate SAP updates and compliance with payroll deadlines.
  • Utilize case management tools effectively, maintaining accurate records and tracking activities.
  • Advise on policy interpretation, employment law, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR Advisory team and ensure timely handovers of cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in change initiatives.
