Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support on performance management, disciplinary processes, and sickness capability.
- Manage cases related to AWOL, exit interviews, and security breaches.
- Ensure accurate SAP updates and compliance with payroll deadlines.
- Utilize case management tools effectively, maintaining accurate records and tracking activities.
- Advise on policy interpretation, employment law, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR Advisory team and ensure timely handovers of cases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in change initiatives.
