Summary: Senior Account Manager required for a 12-month fixed contract at a Brighton-based travel company specializing in educational experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver or exceed individual and team sales targets in line with the sales and customer retention strategy.
- Support a small team of Account Managers, acting as a role model and coach to facilitate sales growth.
- Deputise for the Head of Sales as needed.
- Ensure workflows and procedures on CRM/Reservation systems are followed accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring sales and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regularly review and track progress on margin guidelines and collaborate with other teams to enhance service levels.
