Summary: Senior Account Manager required for a 12-month fixed contract at a Brighton-based travel company specializing in educational experiences. The role involves managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting a team of Account Managers. The position offers hybrid working after the training period and includes a commission scheme. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and account management skills to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver or exceed individual and team sales targets in line with the sales and customer retention strategy.
  • Support a small team of Account Managers, acting as a role model and coach to facilitate sales growth.
  • Deputise for the Head of Sales as needed.
  • Ensure workflows and procedures on CRM/Reservation systems are followed accurately.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring sales and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Regularly review and track progress on margin guidelines and collaborate with other teams to enhance service levels.
