Summary: The Sell In Customer Services Coordinator for Europe is responsible for managing the Order-to-Cash process for European Key Accounts and Wholesale, ensuring timely order processing, fulfillment, and invoicing. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting supply chain transformation projects, and identifying areas for process improvement. The coordinator will also engage with customers to resolve queries and ensure a seamless experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and manage Order-to-Cash for European Key Accounts and Wholesale.
  • Process and fulfill orders within agreed lead times and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Support the Europe Customer Services Sell In Manager in supply chain projects.
  • Identify and implement improvements in Sell In Customer Services teams across Europe.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing supply flows and customer experience.
  • Manage customer queries and provide guidance via phone and email.
  • Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.
  • Run daily reports to verify order placement accuracy.
  • Process invoices and manage claims, ensuring timely customer credits.
  • Support supply chain transformation projects and improve business processes.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous use of SAP (essential), EDI, and E-Gate is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
