Summary: The Security Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing security operations and providing management support to the Country Security Manager, particularly in oilfield environments. This role involves implementing security protocols to protect personnel and assets, while also mentoring the security management team. The position requires operational command of security measures and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. The manager will also conduct field visits to ensure effective oversight and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational command and control of all security operations across the site.
• Serve as a security advisor to the Incident Management Team.
• Manage relationships with all security stakeholders.
• Oversee UAV operations and mission management.
• Operational oversight of contracted Private Security Companies.
• Manage static security and access control at key facilities.
• Oversee the Security Command and Control Centre (SCCC).
• Provide mentoring to the security manager and subordinate management team.
• Conduct frequent field visits for management oversight.
• Ensure policies and procedures are drafted and reviewed for all sites.
• Manage security team administrative issues including manning and rotations.
• Approve departmental invoicing and financial reports.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience as a Senior Military or Law Enforcement manager.
• Proven operational experience in a high-risk environment.
• Management experience within a Security Environment/PSC.
• High level of diligence, initiative, and accuracy with limited supervision.
• Ability to maintain standards and discipline among dispersed groups.
• Previous Oil and Gas security operations experience preferred.
• Experience working in Iraq for a minimum of two years preferred.
