Summary: The Scrum Master role involves facilitating Agile processes for Supply Chain Logistics teams, specifically focusing on SAP TSW and TM applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Supply Chain Logistics teams supporting SAP TSW and TM applications related to Rail and Truck mode of transports.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
• Ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality products.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
