Advent IM Limited has partnered with an overseas financial institution to provide support and security for their expanding UK Security Team.
The Role: The Analyst, Global Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC) is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational functions of the PSOC, ensuring the protection of the organisation’s global assets, employees, and operations. This role involves supporting the implementation of comprehensive security strategies, integrating advanced security technologies, and fostering a pro-active security culture. The Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the PSOC, that includes the centralisation of continuous real time surveillance, monitoring, alerts, triage, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.
The Location and Hours of Working: This position requires availability to work in a hybrid environment with a combination of office and remote shifts based on operational needs. The client’s offices are based in London. The role includes working rotational shifts that involves weekends and bank holidays and may include participation in an on-call rotation (Sundays only 9.00am – 9.00pm) to support after-hours incident responses. The position is 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts) split across Monday to Saturday. UK Shift patterns are subject to change and could include, but are not limited to: 5.00am – 1.00pm 6.00am- 2.00pm 8.00am – 4.00pm 9.00am – 5.00pm 11.00am – 7.00pm

The Package: Basic Salary: £50,000 per annum In addition, we offer 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and payment into a company pension scheme. Shifts (apart from on-call shifts) assigned on bank holidays may be eligible for premium pay or a day off in lieu. Fixed Term Contract to 31 st October 2025, with possible extension for a further 12 months.
