Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for Apple Mac systems OS issues, software deployments & security updates.
  • Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) using Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch).
  • Project work across cyber security, hardware refreshes, and system integration.

Key Skills:

  • Workspace ONE / WS1 experience (formerly AirWatch).
  • Jamf Pro - bonus points for Jamf 200/300 certifications.
  • Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrolment (ADE / DEP), and VPP.
  • Proven expertise with macOS troubleshooting and Apple device management.
  • Proficient in Bash scripting.
