Summary: The Seasonal Senior Consultant in the CFO & Business Consulting team focuses on transforming finance functions through innovative strategies, assisting clients with planning, execution, and delivery of financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client engagements throughout the project life cycle, assisting with planning, execution, and delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing loan and guarantee documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of accuracy and service.
  • Use financial and bank systems to process transactions and support client operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Perform data quality assessments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with client onboarding and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, trade finance practices, and documentation standards (including Guarantees/SBLCs and related rules).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, including KYC and legal agreements.
  • Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines and support team members as needed.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills in all aspects of work.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years or more of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with top US or international investment banks, either in consulting roles (Big 4/Big 4 equivalent) or directly within financial institutions.
  • Hands-on experience with trade finance operations, including guarantees, SBLCs, and related documentation standards (UCP600, ISP98, URDG758).
  • Working knowledge of capital markets products, operational processes, and banking regulations.
