Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate and advisor social media profiles and strategy, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Sprinklr, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor social channels for mentions, trends, and competitor activity; escalate issues or opportunities as needed.
  • Contribute to social media campaigns, including ideation, content creation support, and scheduling.
  • Assist with copy and image uploads across digital channels, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Optimize content based on performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and content creators to gather assets for posts.
  • Maintain content libraries (eg, Adobe Experience Manager, Seismic) and organize digital assets.
  • Prepare performance reports by tracking KPIs and analysing campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards for social media operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing with a focus on social media; financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for social media in financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hearsay/YEXT, Adobe Experience Manager, and Seismic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
