Summary: The Scrum Master role at BAE Systems involves leading Agile practices within the Project Management Team for the Dreadnought program. The position requires collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, as well as the ability to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role is contract-based for 6 to 12 months and requires SC Clearance. The position is primarily on-site in Warton, Lancashire, with a focus on cutting-edge technology in the defense sector.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Atlassian suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and experience of using Lean/Agile methodologies.
• PSM1/CSM qualification is desirable.
• APM qualification or similar is also desirable.
