Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating scrum activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demo/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Removing impediments to the team's ability to deliver.
• Adhering to scrum best practices.
• Participating in scrum of scrums.
• Sending weekly reports and calculating squad metrics.
• Leading planning, execution, and delivery of projects within agreed timelines.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and service partners.
• Tracking progress and providing regular status updates.
• Identifying and managing risks.
• Being the single point of contact for stakeholder communication, including vendor management.

Key Skills:

• Strong Scrum Master and project experience, preferably in the banking domain.
• Strong experience with application governance.
• Exposure to application governance and vulnerability fixing.
• Experience in handling technical projects/team.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Polished MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience with JIRA.
