Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies and enabling high-performing teams through coaching and servant leadership within a global consultancy firm. - Using delivery metrics to radiate progress and inform decision-making
- Creating a positive, solution-focused culture that supports continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically
- Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools to manage delivery
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach, guide, and support teams through change and transformation
