Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves managing one or multiple Scrum teams within a banking client on a 6-month contract basis. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and matrix management skills to facilitate communication between technical teams and the wider business. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning, scoping, and managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. This role is classified as inside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing one or multiple Scrum teams
- Matrix management: ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, the project, and the wider business
- Strong stakeholder engagement/management
- 3rd party supplier management
- Planning and scoping of the required work to act as the framework for delivery
- Working with the PMO and release Train Engineer to manage budget expenditure
- RAID management - management of risks and issues and dependencies through the PI and scrum processes
- Live by the values and practices of Scrum and embed the Agile culture at all levels
- Assesses the Scrum maturity and act upon it
Key Skills:

Lorien's banking client are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35.
