Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves leading Agile ceremonies and facilitating team collaboration while ensuring adherence to SAFe practices in delivering regulatory data projects, particularly those aligned with BCBS 239 requirements. The position is available with a leading consultancy and is initially a 3-month contract with potential for extension. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies and experience in compliance-driven data projects. This role is based in either London or Glasgow and requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate team collaboration.
- Ensure SAFe practices are followed in delivering regulatory data projects.
- Work on projects aligned with BCBS 239 requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally involving BCBS 239.
- Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
