Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and conduct face-to-face online screening interviews in Arabic.
• Review, summarize, and report findings accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all relevant information from Due Diligence reports is included in the interview plan.
• Identify anomalies and queries that require follow-up during interviews.
• Organize interviews and liaise directly with clients.
• Engage with applicants through online video recorded interviews.
• Summarize and highlight interview findings and compare them with original reports.
• Conduct and complete an interview training program.
