Summary: The Screening Interviewer role at Red Snapper Recruitment involves conducting face-to-face online screening interviews in Arabic as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. The position requires planning, preparing, and summarizing interview findings while ensuring all relevant information is thoroughly examined. This is a one-year fixed-term contract based in Twickenham, England. The role demands fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills, alongside various administrative and interpersonal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and conduct face-to-face online screening interviews in Arabic.
- Review, summarize, and report findings accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all relevant information from Due Diligence reports is included in the interview plan.
- Identify anomalies and queries that require follow-up during interviews.
- Organize interviews and liaise directly with clients.
- Engage with applicants through online video recorded interviews.
- Summarize and highlight interview findings and compare them with original reports.
- Conduct and complete an interview training program.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and strong written and verbal English.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Teams, Outlook, and database management.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Objective, impartial, and inquisitive nature.
- Good telephone manner and self-motivated reliability.
