Summary: The SCM Data Analyst at Subsea7 will support the SCM function by managing and analyzing data to enhance business performance and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure data accuracy and governance, as well as the development of sustainability data registers and dashboards. The successful candidate will work autonomously and contribute to the overall improvement of SCM processes and reporting. The position is based on an initial 6-month contract with potential for further responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with IT and SCM Corporate to process and examine SCM data from various sources.
• Extract information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns using statistical or AI tools.
• Provide data analysis from SAP and other digitalisation-related systems.
• Support business targets and performance metrics, including Sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and improve Sustainability data registers and dashboards.
• Contribute to ESG reporting disclosures and data collection for compliance.
• Monitor global SCM payment terms and optimize cash management.
• Develop and track global and regional productivity indicators.
• Analyze Cost of Loss and Supplier Performance Issues data.
• Verify data quality assurance through internal governance processes.
• Enhance buyer’s PO and maintain S4 Hana SCM internal catalogues.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, data sciences, or related subject.
• Strong experience in business analysis or related field, ideally in procurement or digital project delivery.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Accomplished analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, ideally SAP S4 Hana.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerBI and Teams.
• Collaborative team worker with initiative and accountability.
