Summary: The Finance Project Manager role is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on leading an ERP implementation project in Rotherham. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and must be available to start immediately, ideally in the first week of April. This position requires strong project management skills and a background in finance to ensure accurate data processing and reporting. The role may be extended beyond the initial contract period based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation, focusing on CVR, analytics, and reporting
- Bridge communication between developers and business users to align system updates with requirements
- Gather and prioritise ERP needs across key business functions
- Ensure accurate financial data processing, reconciliation, and reporting across various data tables
- Oversee financial workflows, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with reporting systems
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Drive training and change management initiatives
Key Skills:
- Full Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE
- Proven ERP project management experience
- Strong understanding of financial data tables, reporting frameworks, and reconciliation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in UAT, system transitions, and data validation
- Solid understanding of financial workflows, reporting, and management accounting
