Summary: The role of Network Engineer involves supporting a diverse range of Private and Public sector clients through the Network Operations Centre (NOC). Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 2/3 Network incident diagnostics/resolution.
• Implement network changes and requests.
• Strengthen existing capabilities through professional training, certifications, and experiences.

Key Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications.
• Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi technologies including Cisco WLC.
• Understanding of Cisco ACI software-defined networks.
• Experience with network management tools like SolarWinds.
• Experience supporting firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, AnyConnect Remote Access).
• Understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
