Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practice as part of the data update process to ensure live database integrity
- Liaise with the IRIS projects team to ensure data tasks are written and executed on time and to customer requirements
- Ensure GDPR regulations and data security are maintained at all times
- Provide excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting support for data migration efforts
- Demonstrate good planning, organization, and time management skills
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and the wider organization
- Maintain a strong customer focus and align work with team priorities and goals
Key Skills:
- 5+ years industry experience in data manipulation using SQL queries
- Proficiency in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to implement best practice guardrails and governance
- Understanding of GDPR for managing PII data
- Previous HR/Payroll database experience
- Expertise in report generating software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration
