Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant role requires deep functional expertise in SAP Payroll, particularly in Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and delivering payroll solutions while guiding teams and influencing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Payroll with hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Manage full life cycle payroll implementations.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC integrations, and data protection regulations.
- Deliver Payroll Control Center and support parallel payroll testing cycles.
- Interpret payroll legislation and validate results using parallel run tools.
- Work with Time & Attendance integrations, finance interfaces, and third-party vendor connections.
- Guide teams and influence stakeholders while supporting project governance.
- Build client relationships and communicate effectively with payroll managers and leaders.
