Summary: The SAP S4 Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the technical delivery of the Spring S4 program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing both internal and external delivery teams. This role requires oversight of program milestones, acting as the primary contact for technical delivery issues, and promoting a collaborative culture. The position is based in Abbot's Salford, England, with a hybrid working arrangement involving travel to London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of the Spring S4 program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee both internal and external delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of program milestones, particularly the MVP.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery matters, escalating issues as needed.
- Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support the transition and knowledge transfer to the permanent resource upon their return.
- Uphold and promote culture and behaviours in all aspects of delivery.
