Summary: The role of SAP Program Manager focuses on leading a complex digital transformation program centered around SAP RISE migration and integration of clinical systems within the German-speaking healthcare market. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP RISE migration program, ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA Cloud.
- Manage the delivery and integration of SAP IS-H, covering patient administration, billing, scheduling, and clinical system integration.
- Oversee implementation of SAP IS-Hmed, supporting electronic medical records, clinical workflows, and integration with lab, radiology, and pharmacy systems.
- Ensure compatibility of IS-Hmed components with NetWeaver and S/4HANA platforms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate integration between SAP systems and Oracle solutions.
- Align project delivery with healthcare-specific business processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
