We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable professional for a Leeds-based client to cover absence.
Your new company
Working for a large manufacturing organisation in Leeds, our client is a long-standing customer with an excellent local reputation. They are looking to secure an experienced accounts payable professional to support the team for the next three months due to unforseen absence in the department.
Your new role
Working as part of a small finance team, you will work with a colleague to manage the accounts payable function. Managing accounts payable invoices, you will liaise with the purchasing and warehouse teams, before inputting invoices, processing payment runs and raising supplier statements.
What you'll need to succeed
With experience of accounts payable, you will thrive in a busy office environment, with knowledge of accounts payable processes, excellent systems knowledge and accurate data entry skills. A natural communicator, you'll be comfortable liaising with other departments and suppliers to minimise queries and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
