Summary: The SAP Program Manager for Cloud Migration will oversee the comprehensive delivery of migrating SAP and non-SAP systems to the Azure cloud. This role requires extensive project planning and coordination with various vendors and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to schedules and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of SAP Basis and cloud activities, having managed significant SAP cloud migration programs previously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire delivery of migrating SAP & non-SAP systems to Azure cloud.
• Conduct project planning and align with vendors and customers on migration plans.
• Perform regular project management activities to ensure schedule adherence and communication.
• Coordinate offshore delivery and manage cutover activities during go-live.
• Prepare and publish status reports and maintain RAID logs.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients regarding SAP Basis and cloud activities.
• Manage at least one large SAP cloud migration program and multiple mid/small size programs.
• Utilize SAP cloud migration methodologies and techniques effectively.

Key Skills:

• Program Performance Management.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis and cloud activities.
• Experience with project planning and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage large-scale data migrations (50+ SAP systems, 5TB+ data).
