Summary: The SAP PP/MM Functional Consultant will support, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions, focusing on Production Planning and Material Management processes. The role requires maintaining expertise in SAP applications and integrating them with quality and document management modules. The consultant will also be responsible for testing, documenting systems, and training key users, particularly within the Aerospace and Defence industries. Experience with ABAP and associated workflows is advantageous for incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions for Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM).
• Maintain skills in SAP application configuration and integration with quality and document management modules.
• Test and document the SAP system, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Train key users on SAP functionalities and processes.
• Work with production master data, including work centres, BOM, and routings.
• Manage material through MRP and inventory management.
• Collaborate on business requirements and sign off on business blueprint documents.

Key Skills:

• Functional/Technical expertise in SAP R/3 and S/4 with at least three full life cycle implementations.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defence industries.
• Proficiency in SAP-PP and production processes in manufacturing.
• Understanding of material management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ABAP and development tools.
• Experience with DMS configuration related to PP and MM.
• Ability to document AS-IS and TO-BE business requirements.
