Summary: Mars Snacking is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master specializing in SAP PLM Recipe Management to lead global initiatives within the Snacking portfolio. The role involves driving Agile execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP PLM capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of Agile leadership, SAP PLM expertise, and stakeholder management experience in complex environments, particularly in CPG or regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Agile Scrum Master and Project Manager for SAP PLM initiatives, focusing on Recipe Management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices while adapting delivery models to fit enterprise SAP programs.
- Manage scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Lead SAP PLM Recipe Management projects, including formulation, ingredient management, specifications, compliance, and change control.
- Partner with business stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to translate requirements into executable backlogs.
- Coordinate closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and integration partners.
- Ensure alignment with Mars global PLM standards, governance, and data models.
- Act as a primary interface between business teams, IT, and system integrators.
- Manage relationships with external partners and system integrators supporting SAP PLM delivery.
- Provide clear communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure delivery aligns with Mars’ project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve Agile maturity, delivery efficiency, and team performance.
- Support change management, user adoption, and transition to support teams post go-live.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Agile Scrum Master on SAP programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PLM, specifically Recipe Management (required).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in CPG, food & beverage, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
- SAP PLM or S/4HANA-related project experience preferred.
- Experience supporting global or regional rollouts preferred.
