This role will serve as a key delivery leader, responsible for driving Agile execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP PLM capabilities aligned with Mars’ business and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Agile Scrum Master on SAP programs Hands-on experience with SAP PLM , specifically Recipe Management (required) Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments Experience working in CPG, food & beverage, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional global teams Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
